Committee Discussions
- Uniforms / Roadies – still have a few that are coming in, in the band room. They have been turned into the office.
- Concessions – still happening, picked up a few extra ones. Remind people to volunteer, sign up sooner.
- Big Band Dance – March 26th- planning to move ahead – need a volunteer – Chrisanne Wickham and Lauren Harvel did it in the past
- Band Banquet – In May, need a volunteer – Junior Parent – need to submit plan
Volunteers needed

- Scholarship Committee February 15th – 2 $250 , applications due March 15th *shannon will follow up with Deb on deadlines**
- Officer Recruitment – Julie will start working on this, may be more difficult this year with COVID.
Fundraising
- Fundraising – process has started, representative coming out on Monday. It will be a hybrid fundraiser, will have a traditional fundraiser with cookie dough/gifts, also have an online option to email people a link and they can order online. Also working with the foundation to do a no dough. That will roll out on Monday.
- Senior Graduation Seats – will see if we can include that on our website
- Amazon Smile – still available
- SCRIP – still available

- Senior Banner Stands – $1200-$1500 for new stands, will re-visit next month.
- Broadcasting Network Opportunity – decided to not move forward at this time. We met with Dr. Loofe – not needed at this time.

- Booster Pie Fundraiser — No information yet this year
- Website re-design — will consider for next year
