Hard to say what the reason is. Possibly more people waited until they left to eat and many band brought their own food. Netted $725 this year.c. $4,310 so far in Sponsorship moneyd. Pizza Ranch was a great success and the owner/manager talked us up and wants us to come again. We get all tips and 10% of profit from 5pm to 8pm. $592.25 was made. e. 4.Committee ReportsPit Crew – doing good, but could always use a few extra hands.Uniforms / Roadies – pants are the biggest issue. They have to pay attention to the snaps so the length is appropriate. Might have to do a quick teaching session on that in class.Concessions – we have taken over managing the concession for not just us but all concessions. Benefit is that we get 40% when we do it. Sarah Wahl is doing inventory and Becca Zimmerman is doing the ordering. Band will have to cover group cancellations. The 30% goes to student accounts, the 10% goes to KBPAStadium CleanUp – only 2 spots per season per childBMF/NSBA – 23 bands are signed up so this is a large event. Need lots of help.

Almost out of water for the kids, asking for some donations to replenish stash. Just concluded All State auditions.
