February 24th

| 4:30 pm | Check-in, and Supper |
| 6:30 pm | Transfer to Orpheum Theater |
| 7:30 pm | Opera at Orpheum Theater (dress nice!) |
| 9:30 pm | Transfer to SONESTA |
| 11:00 pm | Lights Out! |
February 25th
| 7:00 am | Wake up, breakfast, enjoy hotel |
| 8:00 am | Depart for Holland Center |
| 9:00 am | Warm up for Jazz Lab Band |
| 9:30 am | Performance at Scott Recital Hall for Jazz Lab Band |
| 10:00 am | Clinic |
| 11:00 am | Jazz Ensemble warm up |
| 11:30 am | Jazz Ensemble performance |
| 12:00 pm | Clinic |
| 12:30 pm | Lunch in Downtown Omaha |
| 3:30 pm | Bria Skonberg Clinic at Holland Center |
| 4:30 pm | Awards Concert with UNO Jazz 2 |
| 5:30 pm | Supper in Old Market Downtown Omaha |
| 8:00 pm | Final Concert at Holland Center |
| 10:00 pm | Depart Omaha for Kearney |
| 1:00 am, Feb 26 | Arrive in Kearney |
Each student needs to pay $50 for their hotel room at Sonesta (breakfast is included).
You will need to bring money for 3 meals – supper on Friday and lunch and supper on Friday. Please bring a sack lunch for Friday.
You will want to have nice dress clothes for your performance on Friday and you should wear nice clothes for the concert on Saturday. There will not be a good place to change and you will need nice clothes for the concert Saturday night.
As always we expect the VERY BEST BEHAVIOR from our students when out in public.
