SVG files preferred. Only SVG, JPG, or PNG file types will be accepted.

For non-SVG files, image should be no more than 600 pixels on the longest edge, and no more than 300 dpi. Each file should be no more than 3 MB in size.

For the best outcome use of your logo, small text/fine print or thin graphics will not display well. Large graphics and large print with significant contrast work best.
The URL to be used with your logo on digital or printed materials.

Payment Information

Sponsorship or Advertisement selection must also include a completed payment before inclusion into any publications. If you have questions please contact the Sponsorship Coordinator.

If looking to pay by credit card or PayPal, please select the appropriate option. You will be redirected to a payment processing form, and after submission a receipt email from PayPal (the credit card processor) as well as an email from us with a formatted receipt will be sent.
