| 3. | Financial ReportsTreasurer Update – General Account: $ 34,972.82 – Student Accounts: $ 34,356.81 – Online Account: $ 11,182.273 mo – CD: $10,000 – matured 4/29, $94.68 interest earned – interest earned will be going to scholarship funds. Scholarship awards will be increased from $250 to $500 each (total of two). 6 mo CD: $5,032.61 (matures 7/29/26; 3.84%) – Beef raffle raised $3712 for student accounts. All money has been entered into student MMO accounts. – Graduation seat raffle: $416.07 proceeds | |
| 4. | Committee Reports – Band Banquet – Reminder sent out for sign up genius will go out again tomorrow. Centerpieces purchased at great price – Big Band Night – Reminder will also be sent out tomorrow. Vendors are all lined up. Dance lessons available starting at 5:45pm. Next year we need 6 date “stickers” for the signs instead of 3 because they are double sided. Concessions | |
| 5. | Volunteers needed: – Immediate need for Big Band Night volunteers – Concessions 8-10pm, Food Prep Friday/Saturday afternoon, Friday Night Setup – Immediate need for Band Banquet food – need more sign ups for main and side dishes. Volunteers for next year: watch for emails and sign up genius for the various positions needed | |

| 8. | New Business – Constitution amendment to add Communication Officer and Elect Motion to approve the changes as presented 1st – Elizabeth Walters 2nd – Melinda Leigh Motion carries – Election of new Executive Committee Members: Leslie Wagner- President-Elect Motion to approve 1st -Alisa Nebbe 2nd- Jasmin Rivas Motion carries Becky Lumbard- Treasurer Elect Motion to approve 1st – Leslie Wagner 2nd – Sarah Gensler Motion carries Craig/Tammi Chamberlin-Comm Officer Motion to approve 1st – Melinda Leigh 2nd- Alisa Nebbe Motion carries Comm Officer-Elect No nominations at this time – Band Trailer Wrap – needs redone and new wrap will match the new band uniforms. Received two bids but Saylor came in significantly less at $5,132.70 – does not include taking old wrap off which will be a volunteer project during a June weekend. | 9. | Director’s Comments Rick Mitchell – Public acknowledgement of Elizabeth Walters for donating a roaster to concessions. – District music contest – 22 entries – received 7 Excellent ratings, 15 Superior ratings, 1 Honorable Mention: Diego Sanchez Ferrer. Nathan LeFeber – Greeley Jazz Trip: Students attended some amazing performances. We received Superior ratings on all performances. Zach Anderson and Andrew Petzet received Outstanding Solo awards. – Band Concert this Thursday night. Musicalia coming up next Thursday with all musical departments. – End of the year is approaching so please check your email for updates and make sure outstanding MMO balances are paid. – Band trip coming up with extra rehearsals. Will be a link for google form to designate MMO funds for band trip expenses. – Will also be another google form to designate leftover senior funds in MMO. There are various funds the money can be designated towards or can be transferred to another student but must remain in band. – Google form for purchasing band memorabilia made from old uniforms has been sent out. Money can be brought to the school, MMO funds can be used, or cash/ check can be dropped off at the concert this Thursday. Motion to adjourn. 1st – Alissa Bennett 2nd – Jasmin Rivas Motion carries.
