Under regular circumstances, the itinerary for home football games that are played in-season (not state playoffs) will be the same. The times are dependent upon the start time of the football game, so please make sure to take note of the start time – the Call Time – listed on the itinerary calendar card on the Itinerary page (all times are Central Time, with no changes for Daylight/Standard time of year).
Performance Schedule
2:00 p.m. — Load the Trailer
All large instruments, props, stands, and other large items must be loaded into the trailer(s) before leaving school for the day. Check with an Equipment Manager or Director for more information.
6:00 p.m. — Call Time
≈ 6:30 p.m. — March to the stadium
7:00 p.m. — Pre-game performance and Kickoff
≈ 8:15 p.m. — Halftime Performance
After the performance, please return your hat plume to a Roadie – usually at the exit gate from the field. If you are responsible for a prop please work with the Pit Crew to return your prop to the appropriate loading location
≈ 9:30 p.m. — End of game
Includes march back to the Fine Arts Building, and loading of large instruments into the trailer.
If you have a large instrument, are responsible for a prop, or have equipment that is loaded into a trailer you must meet the trailer at the High School to unload. If you do not have these items it would be nice if you also came to assist.
The equipment does not need to be unloaded if there is a traveling competition the next day.
Call Time
As a reminder, the time given is Call Time – you must be present with uniform on and instrument ready to play. Drop-off or parking should occur in UNK Lot 10, next to the Fine Art Building.
