10:15	Arrive at the Merryman in full uniform ready to warm up – we will meet near the playground of Central Elementary. Please DO NOT plan to park in the lot at the Merryman but plan to find a spot on the streets around there.
11:15	Step Off
11:45ish	Finish the Parade
12:15	UNK Band Exhibition and Awards Ceremony
1:15	Arrive at the KHS Band Room
1:45	Official Warm Up time begins
2:15	Performance at the Bearcat Marching Festival
2:30	Finished and help clean up
