6:00 am!	Load at KHS
6:30	Departure from KHS
7:30	Arrive at GI Mall to change into uniform
8:00	Parade begins down 3rd Street (band order) (parade route) – please note, in order to view the maps you need to either right click/control click to open it in a new window or click “open in google docs” below to access this document and the proper links.
8:30	Arrival at parade check in location 10th and Walnut
9:15	Step off in the parade
11:00	Lunch at the GI Mall – on your own
1:00	Transfer to Grand Island Central Catholic for rehearsal
3:00	Change into uniform – Transfer to GIPS
3:30	Arrival at GIPS
4:30	Warm Up time
4:50	On Deck
5:00	Performance time at Grand Island Senior High School – (band order)
	Change out of uniform and return to stadium for awards
6:15	Awards
7:00	Load and depart for KHS (bring snack food to tide you over until we get home)
8:00	Arrive
