  2. Approval of Minutes from October Meeting – Approved (Fugua & Ruth)
  3. Financial Reports
    • Treasurer Update – Amy Fuqua: Reports were shown online. Account bills were paid. A $12,000 instrument grant came in and then was paid out. No other account changes since last month. The Treasurer Report was approved.
  4. Committee Reports
    • Pit Crew – Ed Uden: Thanks to Ed for everything that he has done over the years.
    • Uniforms / Roadies – Joni Ruth/Ashley Arner: Uniforms need to be taken into Modern Cleaners across from Hobby Lobby to be cleaned and turned in. Don’t forget to turn in your string bag also. Thanks for the use of the first aid kit at the first football game but we’re not sure who loaned it to us. Let us know so we can return it to you.
    • Columbus/COVID marching festival –  Great turnout, some first timers for competition and a lot of fun for all who came. We made $10 so we made more than it cost. Way to go.  Thank you to all who volunteered, we really appreciated your help.
    • Concessions – Angela Wright: The first one will be happening in December.  Sign up and instruction/rules for this year will be sent out 2 weeks in advance.  We will know more the closer we get. Be sure to sign up to help out.
  5. Volunteers needed: We are still looking for help in heading these events up.  Let us know if you are willing.
    • Band Banquet Chair – Junior Parent (Spring)

  6. Fundraising
    • K Cards-Keep selling turn in time will be coming up soon
    • Amazon Smile (Funds donated to Overall Band Program)-Sign up on Amazon and they will donate when you make purchases.
  7. Old Business
    • We passed on the trailer, it was decided that we may get a better deal later.  Revisit this next year. 
    • Instrument Grant- Used for instruments and paid out.

  9. Directors – Nathan LeFeber / Rick Mitchell:
    • Excellent  feedback from the Columbus/Covid Marching Band Festival. Everyone was impressed.  We had some first time competitors so a great way for them to have a chance to march. Our kids did amazing. Thanks to all of the volunteers that made it possible.
    • Band Concert December 15th at 7:30
    • Congratulations to the 9 Students that were accepted into All State.  It will be a virtual ensemble, students will be recorded and sent in.
