Beef Raffle raised $3,552 for student accounts.  All money has been entered into your students MMO account

4.Committee Reports

Uniforms/Roadies: Kim Clark will return next year

Band Banquet: Need more volunteers to sign up to bring main and side dishes. Plates, silverware, and napkins provided by the band. 

Big Band Night:
– Jennifer, Gretchen, and Alissa will be helping with door fees and concessions.
-Two large vehicles coming for display.
– Concession items needed: hot dog buns, condiments, coffee, coffee items.
– Getting corn dogs from Sonic and donuts and coffee from Dunkin Donuts – need runner to pick up these items. Can sign up on the sign up genius.
– Please look for Facebook event and share.
– Banners are up at Sonic and at the High School. Next year we need longer posts – probably 9 total about $10 each.
– Posters are available to display around town or at places of employment.
– Dance judge has been confirmed. 

Concessions – one more soccer game and one more track meet. We likely will not need volunteers for these events but will send out communications if things change.

6.Fundraising Senior Graduation seats- closed, winner:  Lori McArthur
RaiseRightSpark (Walmart) – last month earned $5.64 from Spark donations

District Music Contest – Event went well and ran smoothly. We had 14 Superior Ratings and 5 Excellent Ratings. Bands got superior ratings as well.

9.Director’s Comments
Please come to Musicalia next week on Thursday 5/15 at 7:00pm. This event is also a fundraiser for the music department for basic needs like stands, risers, etc.

Pancake Feed done by Music Honor Society went well. The students took ownership of it and did great raising about $1,000. 

Directors would like to thank the board and all the volunteers for their time and dedication.
