Reading of Minutes
The minutes were reviewed. Robbie Samuelson motioned for approval, 2nd by Arlyn Hinrichs and the motion was approved.

The report was presented and filed.

Shawna Skaggs nominated Sandy Christensen for Treasurer. The nomination was 2nd by Ronda Jaeschke the motion carried and Sandy accepted.
Shawna Skaggs nominated Ronda Jaeschke for Vice-President, 2nd by _____. The motion carried and Ronda later accepted.
Cruise Nite info will be sent out in an e-mail to all parents.
Band Banquet will go on as scheduled.
