The Pit Crew is staffed fully by volunteers (parents, friends, alumni, etc.) and help move the band equipment at the various of-site performances during the marching band season. This includes loading/unloading the trailer at home football games and competitions, as well as equipment staging and takedown before/after performances.

Please be aware that schedule or event needs may change at a moment’s notice.  Please check this page and Competition pages for details and make sure to register with Sign-Up Genius for scheduling.

If you choose to volunteer, please consider signing up for most of the available Pit Crew dates. It would be ideal to have the same 12+ people for all competitions and games, so each Crew member knows their job and the process is covered. Yet we understand that not everyone can be at everything all the time, so we appreciate your help and your willingness to volunteer and support the Band for the dates you can sign up for.

We appreciate your help and your flexibility.  We do our best to give our students the best possible experience again this year.
