The Pit Crew is staffed fully by volunteers (parents, friends, alumni, etc.) and help move the band equipment at the various of-site performances. This includes loading/unloading the trailer at home football games and competitions, as well as staging and takedown before/after performances.

Please be aware that schedule or event needs may change at a moment’s notice.  Please check this page for details and make sure to register with Sign-Up Genius for schedule changes.

If you choose to volunteer, please consider signing up for most of the available Pit Crew dates. It would be ideal to have the same 12+ people for all competitions and games, so the Crew knows each job and process is covered. Yet we understand that not everyone can be at everything all the time, so we appreciate your help and your willingness to volunteer and support the Band

We appreciate your help and your flexibility.  We will do our best to give our students the best possible experience again this year.
