Football Game and Halftime – Bellevue West

Thank you to everyone who helped at the last football game. We’re glad you’re on the team. We have another football game and halftime performance on Friday, September 15, 2023.

We will need a dozen people to help with the Pit Crew for each game and each competition. Please be sure to sign up with SignUp Genius so we can keep an accurate headcount.

Specific instrument and equipment line-ups, as well as trailer loading details, can be found under the Football page with the whole game plan for the evening.

Hourly Schedule

Friday, Aug 25

5:25p
Warm-up unloading
Meet at the south side of the CT Ryan Library, where the battery percussion and low brass instruments will be unloaded.
6:00p
Stadium unloading
In the north driveway of Foster Field we will unload the remaining instruments and equipment for the halftime performance. Additionally, instrument stands and band seating ropes will be placed in the stadium.
≈ 8:15p
5-min to half time
Return to then north driveway to lineup on the field in preparation for the halftime performance. When the band takes the field, move the equipment/instruments into the designated locations. After the show, return all equipment to the north driveway, and help load the trailer.
≈ 9:30p
After the game
Help collect all Sousaphone stands and rope, and return them to the trailer truck. Return to the CT Ryan Library to help unload the trailer for the students to return instruments to cases, then reload the trailer.

KHS unloading
All of the equipment/instruments must be unloaded and returned to the Band Room.
