11:00	Arrive at the Merryman IN UNIFORM (there will be no school transportation, please arrange your rides to drop you off and pick you up at the parades end)
11:45	Approximate step off time in the parade
12:15	Approximate time to finish parade

2:30	Meet in the KHS Band room to change into uniform
3:15	Warm Up time begins
4:00	Performance at the BMF. We are the last band to perform, following our band your help in cleaning up would be fantastic!
